By using Ordavo, creating an account, or accessing any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the product on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept the terms for that business.

If you do not agree, do not use Ordavo.

You may use Ordavo only in a lawful way and only for legitimate business purposes related to invoicing, client work, and account management. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for activity that happens under your account.

Some features are free and others require a paid subscription. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees shown at the time you subscribe.

We may update pricing, features, or plan limits over time. If a change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect.

You keep ownership of the business information, invoice content, and client records you enter into Ordavo. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content so the service works as intended.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and share any content you upload.

We work to keep Ordavo reliable, secure, and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the product from time to time.

When practical, we will avoid unnecessary disruption and provide notice for material changes.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

Sections that reasonably should survive termination — such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits — will continue to apply.

Ordavo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every workflow.

To the extent permitted by law, Ordavo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

We may update these terms as the product, pricing, or legal requirements change. When we make material updates, we will revise the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice inside the product or by email.
