Who we are

Ordavo is an invoicing product for solo freelancers and small independent businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when someone visits the site, creates an account, or uses the invoicing tools.

What we collect

We keep data collection narrow and practical. Most of the information we handle comes directly from you when you sign up, create invoices, add clients, or contact us.

  • Account details such as your name, email address, and login information.
  • Business, client, and invoice information you enter into the product.
  • Basic billing details if you subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Technical information like browser type, device, IP address, and usage logs needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the product you signed up for: creating invoices, storing your records, sending reminders you enable, processing payments, and supporting your account.

We may also use limited operational data to improve reliability, understand which features are being used, prevent abuse, and communicate important product or policy updates.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers that help us operate Ordavo — such as hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email delivery, authentication, and payment processing.

Those providers handle data only for the services they perform on our behalf, not for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account. You may also be able to object to or limit certain processing.

To make a privacy request, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information stored in Ordavo. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep access limited and the product maintained.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice inside the product or by email.

Questions about your data?

Ask for a copy, a correction, or full deletion any time. We answer within five working days - usually the same one.
